  • Big Sky Enterprises - Middlebury, CT: Zone change and text amendment application to rezone 43 acres of LI-200 Light Industrial to a Gateway Industrial Design District.
  • Camp Bobriwka - Colebrook, CT: Provide planning consulting services related to a non-conforming use for a campground and site plan application.
  • czbllc - Park City Utah: Visioning project - provide land use planning advisory services.
  • czbllc - Verango County, PA: Neighborhoods Stabilization Program II (NSPII) - prepare NSPII grant application for the Verango County Regional Planning Commission.
  • Domak - Torrington, CT: Zoning text amendment opposition. Oppose a proposal to allow multi-family development in a single family residential zone. The proposed amendment was denied.
  • East Windsor, Town of: Comprehensive Zoning Regulation Update. Visioning project – provide land use planning advisory services.
  • Greater New Orleans Foundation - New Orleans, LA: Provide consulting services to St. Bernard Parish related proposed smart codes, existing land use regulations, and real estate investment strategies.
  • Herring Media Group, LLC - Hartford, CT: Provide planning and land use consulting services to develop a proposal for an Architectural Media program. Services included drafting a zoning regulation to allow Architectural Media.
  • Indian River Road, LLC - Orange, CT: Zone change application to rezone 14 acres of land along Indian River Road from LI-2 Light Industrial to LI-3 Light Industrial to allow a commercial mixed-use development.
  • M & L Realty - East Windsor, CT: Modification to existing special permit condition restricting housing units to 2-bedrooms. The modified special permit application was approved to allow 3-bedroom units.
  • NRT Realty - East Windsor, CT: Zone change application to change a 30 acre parcel zoned Manufacturing 1 to Business 2. The application was approved.
  • Optiwind - Goshen, CT: Special Permit/Site Plan to install an onsite energy generation windmill on a 114 acre sewer treatment facility.
  • Salisbury, Town of: Land use administration, application, and permitting review.
  • Southern Auto Auction - East Windsor, CT: Text amendment application to allow Automotive Inventory Holding Areas in the Agricultural 1 zone. First application was denied. Second Application approved.
  • St. Bernard Parish - St. Bernard, LA: Provide planning consulting service to update and modernize zoning regulations (including traditional neighborhood design) and streamline the land use approval process to ensure a process that will encourage investment.
  • Stonestreet Corporation – Branford, CT: Zone change application for a 25 acre parcel zoned residential to allow greater density.
  • Torrington Senior Living - Torrington, CT: Text amendment application to allow Elderly Housing and Assisted Living Facilities.
  • Woodland Lofts, Inc. - Hartford, CT: Special permit/site plan application to allow a 28-unit condo conversion of an existing industrial building and property.
